Summing from a subReport
I have a sub report that I've set up with 12 columns. The columns represent
12 months, although some customers do not have 12 months of sales so the columns don't represent specific months. What I want to do is this: On my main report, I've got a Salesman header. The sub report provides the monthly sales of each customer under each salesman. I'd like to calculate the sum of each month of sales for each Salesman's customer, in the Salesman footer on the main report. Is this possible? Thanks, in advance. -- Don Rountree |

Summing from a subReport
On my website (www.rogersaccesslibrary.com), is a small Access database
sample called "SubformReference.mdb" which illustrates how to do this plus a bunch of other things to reference on subforms and subsubforms. -- --Roger Carlson MS Access MVP Access Database Samples: www.rogersaccesslibrary.com Want answers to your Access questions in your Email?
