Default Outlook 2003 Custom Install Faills on Some Machines

I have an MST file that sets Outlook to automatically configure the Exchange
account for the currently logged in user when they start Outlook. I run the
installation MST file by by calling a BAT file browsed to from the
Add/Remove Programs Control Panel applet.

It runs fine on most machines in our AD domain. However, some machines give
an error:

"Please go to control panel and configure system components"

Now, on a few instances, it works after configuring the installer account as
a local administrator on the pc. On others, this makes no difference. Also
in a few instances, uninstalling all Office products allows it to work.

In other instances, none of the above work.

Any ideas? The bat file:

setup.exe TRANSFORMS="\\appserver\Microsoft Office\Microsoft Outlook
2003\AutoConfigure.MST" /qb-

Thanks, Will Niccolls
