Default I need Outlook WebAccess/Outlook 2003 and my Palm TX to get along.

I use Outlook Web Access for work and have been asking Tech Support there for
help but my questions have gone unanswered.

Here is the deal. How can I use outlook 2003 at home to read my work/web
based email.

How can I get my PALM to get my calendar off my outlook?

You can use Outlook 2003 at home by either setting up a VPN tunnel into your
office network or by using RPC over HTTP:

Unless your work tech support is willing to give you the information you need to set up an Exchange account in Outlook 2003, you're not going to be able to do what you want to do. Only they can provide the details you need on how to connect with the server using Outlook 2003.
