file sizes / version differences question
I had a 5 MB Visio 2003 document.
I had to save it down to an earlier version (I tried 2002) in order to a friend to read it. It went up to 19MB in size (after freezing). The file would still open and appears fine. But now I try to save it back to the default "Vision Document" (2003) and it stays at an obtrusive size of 19MB. Why can't I get it to slim back down? WTF, Dude! Thanks, Mike |

Did you have embedded images?

Yes, a couple. But they shouldn't be that large -
JPG's. Is there an option somewhere to compress these further in 2003? Thanks -----Original Message----- Did you have embedded images? "Mike" wrote in message ... I had a 5 MB Visio 2003 document.
