legend shapes, legend problems priority 1 2 3 and more....

Hi,

i'll like to create a new shape based on
brainstorming\legend shapes\ 1, 2 and 3 priority signs

my problems is when for e.g. i copy the sign 1 to 4 and
change the color, when i insert the new sign(4) and a
legend, the symbol count instead of of counting the new
shape, adds 1 more to the 1 symbol count.

What should i do?

You need to make the new shape a Master. Drag the new shape over to a
stencil (you may need to create a new stencil or open your Favorites
stencil). Then drag it back into the drawing.

hi mark,
I did just that.
create a new stencil, copy the red priority 1 twice, edit
the shape and changed from red 1 to orange 4 , but when
i added the 1 and 4 plus the legend shape the symbol
count is 2 instead of 1 symbol 1 red plus 1 symbol 4
orange, and if a drag the "new" 4 symbol to the legend
symbol it doesn't show that windows of adding a new shape!

Hmm. Not sure why that doesn't work, but it doesn't. A different way of
making a shape "legendable" is to draw it yourself and the drag it on top of
the legend.
