How do I import/export to/from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2003?

Default How do I import/export to/from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2003?

I want to export all settings/email/contacts from an existing outlook 2003 to
a new instance outlook 2003. Provisions are made to do outlook express as
well as other email programs but not from outlook to outlook.
Or do I have to export everything as pst. files and then import the pst.
files?

Never export to transfer Outlook data.
Just copy and reuse your data file.
The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
