Default Comments in Webpages

I can't get comments to automatically show on mouseover in a Visio webpage. the best I've gotten is setting the value to the WHOLE text of the comment, but I want to write the comment and then not have to rewrite it in the custom properties value. Andy suggested a way but I can't get it to work:

"1. Make a custom property on the shape that refers to the comment. Go into the Shapesheet and set the "value" cell of the custom property to be "=Comment". Now when you bring up the custom properties for that shape on the web page, you'll see the comment."

Can you help me out?

Thanks,
Nick
