Transparency in .PNG Files
I am saving an object in Visio 2000 as a .png file and
setting the background color and transparency to 255 0 255. However, when I look at the file in MS Photo Editor the background is not transparent. In Photo Editor I have to select Set Transparent Color, click on the background, I do not change anything in the Change Color to Transparent window, then I save the file again. I have played with setting other options during the Save as PGN. Nothing seems to give me what I want. I have several files to recreate as .png and do not want to have to manually edit each file. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Deb. |

Transparency in .PNG Files
Transparency in PNG files is problematic. Not every app supports it,
unfortunately. If quality isn't degraded, try a transparent GIF and see if that works. Randall Arnold " wrote in message ...
