Default Excel 2000 printing landscape

I have a user here who uses excel 2000

when he does print preview of a worksheet it comes up and he chooses
landscape and in the preview it comes up as portrait. When he
prints it always comes out in portrait. He had this issue a
few weeks back. I reinstalled Office 2000 and it seemed to bw working
fine, but now its happening again.Ive tried all the following:

Repair of excel
Reinstall office 2k
Delete and re-add the printer from the workstation
Delete and readd the printer to the printer server
Recreated his profile

Other users are able to print the same spread sheet to the same printer
in landscape fine. The user can print preview other office files fine on the printer. Its just the problem with excel.

PLEASE HELP
