Default Resize page and contents (drawing and printed pages)

Is there a simple way to resize the contents, text, etc. from 11x17 landscape
to 81/2x11 landscape on both drawing and printed pages? I am working with a
drawing that is a cross-functional horizontal flow diagram, and I have not
been able to find an easy way to do this, other than pretty much re-creating
the flow diagrams and resizing the objects and text 1 by 1. I have tried
grouping the entire content of the page to resize, and it separates out the
cross-functional flow framework from the flow diagram contents.

Rather than do that how about changing the printer page settings to 8
1/2 x 11 and set the print zoom to fit on one page.

Paul, I have similar issues as described by SueB. However, I am trying to
copy a drawing of 8 1/2 x 11" to a new drawing of 60 x 36" to be printed on a
plotter. Is there an easier way to 'zoom out' the drawing to a desired size
so that it will fit into one page on the plotter. Your help will be very
much appreciated. Pakman

menu File - Page Setup
set the printer paper to the new size
then set the print zoom suit.
