Hi I was wanting to find out how to add a field from a

If the form is based on a table it will be available as soon as you add it.
If it is based on a query you must open the query and add the field to the
query, then you may add it to the form.

If you are pulling the field from the same table you have used in creating the form, just go to the toolbar and select...
Open the form...
View...
Field list...
Select the field you wish to display on the form by either double clicking or click and drag to select location on form.

Hope this helps.

Michelle
