Default turning text sideways

I want to make a poster (8 1/2 x 11) and have my name and phone number appear at the bottom of the page sideways several times so that people can tear it off and take it with them. How do I accomplish this?

If you have Publisher, there's a template for such tear-off posters, which
makes it much easier. In Word, you'll need to put a table at the bottom of
the page and rotate the text in each cell.
