Update - Microsoft Responds to the Evolution of Community
Who do you use as your newsgroup provider?
3 out of the four ISPs I use no longer support News, and I expect that trend to continue. So I am connecting directly to news.microsoft.com. When that goes, so will my connection. (david) "Fred" wrote in message ... Maybe we should discuss and pick one of those groups for everybody to recommend to everybody. That might give it the critical mass to become the replacement for this (for Access) My vote would be for one that has at least covers Open Office DB and low end SQL server a bit. |

Update - Microsoft Responds to the Evolution of Community
I am viewing/defining this (and what is disappearing) more as a structured,
organized, categorized forum rather than a particular method (e.g. newsgroup) used to provide it. Other than vaguely, I don't even know exactly what a "newsgroup" is in the context that the pros here are discussing it. I go to the Microsoft website to interface with this, that is the only way I have ever done it. |
