Creating Address labels
I have managed to merge my mailing list, but the problem is when I print the
page I get the one addressee printed multiple times on the same page. My question is how do I get to have one addressee per label? I wish to print one label per addressee (for approximately 30 different addresses). i.e if one page contains thirty labels, I want a different address on each label of that one page. I do not want thirty labels with the same address. Could you please advise me how to do this. Regards, Adam |

Creating Address labels
Did you follow the instructions? We can't tell what you did wrong if we
don't know what you did. If I had to guess (and I do), I'd say to omitted the step to Propagate Labels. Reread the instructions. http://www.gmayor.com/merge_labels_with_word_2007.htm -- Russ Valentine "Blooppy" wrote in message ...
