Default Cannot upgrade from Office 2007 - "NOT ENOUGH MEMORY ERROR"

I attempted to install the technical review on an XP SP3, [all updates
installed] machine. Once installed, no Office Program would work. All
reported "NOT ENOUGH MEMORY" Strange thing is that the PC has 3.53GB
registered DDR3 Memory [Corsair XMS]. If anyone has any ideas about a
solution, please advise.
