Hi, I bought office outlook online & now I'm having to return the computer to
factory settings. Once I've reset the computer can I re-download outlook & if so How is it done

Did you save the file that you downloaded when you purchased your Office online.Use that file you downloaded. You are no able to download again. Not only should you have saved the installation file to external media, but
