Default Office 2003 Unistall / Repair

I have tried repairing my Office 2003, it wont let me repair, uninstall, or
re-install. It claims it cant create or write to certain folders ("OFFICE11"
& "1033"), but I am the administrator of the computer and it wont let me do
anything.
I have seen similar posts, but no one has answered their posts, I am hoping
there is actually a solution.
Thanks for any help what so ever

Have you tried deleting the said folder manually with your windows
Explorer? The folder should be he

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11

If you can't delete it with Windows Explorer then reboot the system in
SAFE MODE and then try deleting it from there.

Good question LOL.
Yes it is legal and it has been working for a few months and just quite in
the last few days.

So I deleted that one
The one in Microsoft Shared would not delete, so I moved it to the desktop.
It then allowed me to install.
Thanks so much for the help.
Now if I can just get it deleted off of my desktop. It claims there is
still items in the directory.
