Access 2003 View Results From Bound Column
I have a field with a combo box based on a query.
Field Order: College Code Field Order: College I have set the column widths to 0;3.25. Only the 2nd column is visable on the drop down list. Bound Column is 1. When entering data, the user sees column 2, but column 1 is stored on the table -- which is what I want. What I would like to do is also show the column 1 data on the form instead of column 2. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You. |

Access 2003 View Results From Bound Column
Why? Wouldn't the name of the college be more easily understood that a
code? If you want to show the code, give the first column a length other than 0". That is what hides a column. "hspgapsemc" wrote in message ... I have a field with a combo box based on a query.
