Outlook should have a built in duplicate data remover.
See the subject. A search in help led me to MS Office third party developers
who charged too much for the software. Outlook should have the ability to look for and remove duplicate emails, tasks, notes, journal entries and whatever other info it lets you collect. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes. Outlook should have a built in duplicate data remover.
Well, then, what are we to do? I have a million duplicates in Tasks and am
having big trouble synching with my new Palm Treo. I'm sure the problem is the dups. So, does anyone want to recommend a good third-party program to locate and eliminate the dups? -- Steve Pearson "David" wrote: I completely agree. Microsoft should have predicted this problem when it introduced Activesync and its server systems. |

There is an excellent duplicate remover for the Palm that works wonders - Stevens Creek Undupe. When I used a Palm, it was my most treasured application. If they made a Windows Mobile version, I would gladly pay twice what the developer is asking for a copy.

Outlook should have a built in duplicate data remover.
And if you want to look over the other duplicate remover tools available, see http://www.slipstick.com/addins/mail_duplicates.asp - some are free, some are not.

Outlook should have a built in duplicate data remover.
I vote for this suggestion also.
MS have provided us with a useful suite of tool AKA SysInternals albeit they were adopted from a 3rd party developer. We have ScanPST & ScanOST, why not Scandupe or as a plugin. MM. |
