Default how do i unblock a web address that is sent in an email

when i click on it it takes me to MY DOCUMENTS where all my folders
are....rather than to the website

Default how do i unblock a web address that is sent in an email

Is the dialog called "Locate Link Browser"?
Point it to IEXPLOREEXE or reset your default browser in Windows.
