Default I can't see emails in my user account after another user opens it

I have XP set up with multiple user accounts. If one user opens and reads an email I am not able to then see that email in the inbox. Is there a way to correct this?

Thanks

If they are in another user account and not in an identity, it's likely you
do not have Permissions set to have access to them. Try clicking Help and
Support and enter the word "Permissions" into the search box for examples on
how to set permissions in Windows XP (assuming you are the Administrator).

I looked and it was already set to "show all". Thanks

The help section only mentions setting permissions for a printer. It doesn't say anything about emails? ANy other ideas?
