Entering product key for Office 2003

Default Entering product key for Office 2003

Since downloading the Office 2003 trial, I can't install the original Office
software that I have, nor will the trial version accept my product key. Any
ideas?

Back up your file, uninstall both versions, reboot, reinstall your original.

I tried this but the original software will not accept its product key.
