Email mail merge - multiple emails in field
Hi
I am trying to send out a mail merged email but some fail as some contacts have more than one email address in the email field. What should they be separated by to be able to send to both emails if possible? Thanks |

If any separator works, the fact hasn't been widely advertised.
i.e. AFAIK no separator works and you can only have one e-mail address in the field that you specify as the email address field in the data source. -- Peter Jamieson http://tips.pjmsn.me.uk "Candy" wrote in message ... If you were to use the MapiLabs mailmerge toolkit you could use a semi-colon
as a separator in the email field and it also provides CC and BCC fields. There is a trial version I believe. http://www.mapilab.com/outlook/mail_merge/ -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Candy wrote: Hi I am trying to send out a mail merged email but some fail as some contacts have more than one email address in the email field.
