CoCreateInstance failed error 0x80040154 when installing Office 20

Hello,

Office 2007 installation process don't start at all, and fails with a
CoCreateInstance error, code 0x80040154.
On another computer, no problem...
So please help me, 'cause I'm getting mad with this problem !
