HELP! Office 2007 Student & Home Installs But Won't Launch
Hello Everyone,
I am able to install Office 2007 Student & Home but when I go to launch either Word or Excel, the hourglass just quickly blinks and goes away and the application doesn't start. I'm installing this on an HP that was previously reimaged using the factory restore disc (it is Windows XP), and I made sure I completely removed the trial version of Office and also Microsoft Works as well. I even went into the registry and deleted the Office key prior to the install. I did this to start off on a clean slate prior to the installation. I even installed Office 2007 SP2 but that didn't resolve the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks. |
