Default MS OFFICE 2003 nagging issue

I have been trying to solve this issue for 6 months but no success so far.
I have MS office Small business edition Open License installed on my
Terminal Server. Everytime, user open MS Word, It tries trying to recover a
document that it thinks was last save with AutoRecover on September, 14 2006.

It show the document in the left Pane -- Recoverd and Origianl.

When I click on Recoverd , It give me Info message "Word can't open the
document(document name). When I click OK to that message. It gives me error
messag "Error Deleting file or Folder" Can't delete File:Cann't read from the
source or disk. When I click on the OK button of the error message ..on the
Left Pane that Entry of document goes away [Recovered] but I still have the
left pane open with the entry of Original of the document in question.

When I click on Origianl in the left pane, It give me message "Word can't
open the document(document name). When I click on the OK button , The left
pane window is closed.

This doesn't happen all the time but 75% of the time this auto recover left
pane window is opening with a lost document.

After several month struggling with this issue, I installed OFFICE 2007 SBE.
I don't have this issue with OFFICE 2007.

I have un-installed MS office 2003 SBE many times , deleted all the office
folders, and reinstall it many times. but this message doesn't want to go
away.

can I get some help !!!!!

Thanks

Have you seen this article? http://support.microsoft.com/kb/107686. Also,
since this is happening in Word have you tried posting to the Word
