Default Forward newsletter button

I have made a newsletter with publisherand want to add a "forward this to a
friend" button. It is not in any of the publisher templates. I understand
adding a hyperlink, but I want the actual page to be forwarded. Any ideas?
Thanks (I've been searching alllll day)

You do not "forward" it, you would have to send it as the body of an email
and you must be using Outlook or Outlook Express.

Yes, I have outlook and can send it out, I just want the recepients to be
able to clink on a button to forward the e-mail in a form like so many
newsletters I receive. You know, a little picture of an envelope that says
"forward to a friend" and therefore gives them the idea to share the
newsletter. Thanks for the response though.
