To expand on Chris' response, first, you'll need to be in design mode on a
form (not a table). Next, use the toolbox to place a command button on the form -- the wizard should self-start. If it doesn't, you'll need to click the button that turns it on (on the toolbox bar). The wizard lets you select opening a report, and you select which report. -- Good luck Jeff Boyce Access MVP |
