Default Outlook 2000 contacts to Windows 7

one I have copied my outlook.pst from my XP system and all mis well with my
e-mails coming up.
The problem is that my contacts did not, will not appear. I get an error
message that say, "... unable to open wab.dll". I cannot find this file on
either the new or old computor.
Can some please explain to me what the problem might be.

thx dw

You cannot use Outlook 2000 on Windows 7.
