Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 Address Book
Until very recently when I clicked on "Address Book" or the "to" in a new
email, the Contacts list showed all the contacts I had entered in alphabetical order. All of a sudden I see a blank space with the message, "Type your search keywords and click "Go" to perform a search". When I enter a search criterion (like one letter) then click on Go, I see all contacts with that letter in first or last name. This means one additional step when sending an email. How do I get back to seeing all the addresses so I can simply scroll down and click on the address I want? the only change I made was to enter additional contacts and also construct a large "Group" using those and existing contacts. I have 437 contacts in my address book. Do I need to specify a larger file size somewhere? How do I do that? I am running Vista 64 Home Premium Addition SP1 with 8 GB RAM. |
