Default Losing Formatting

I want to send a flyer to some friends but not as an attachment. When I mail
merge i lose all the formatting and the email looks like a mess. Any
suggestions?

You have no control whatsoever over how a recipient will view your e-mail.
If you want it to appear as you sent it, then send a PDF format attachment.
Otherwise create your flier in an html editor (though that doesn't ensure
that the e-mail will be viewed in html format). The best you can do with
Word is to prepare your flier in Web view.

Will your 'friends' remain friends when you send them fliers?
