Does anyone know how to attach two docs to email when merging?
Hello, have to merge invitations and send a questionaire. I would like to
merge personal information into both and send them along with a cover email ideally. However, would be happy to paste a stock email message into the box if I could find a way to attach both docs to the same mail without having to do it manually. Any Ideas? |

To create the individual invitations and questionaire, see the “Individual
Merge Letters” item on fellow MVP Graham Mayor’s website at: http://www.gmayor.com/individual_merge_letters.htm If you are using Word XP or later, the “Add-in to Merge Letters to Separate Files” that I have written and that can be downloaded from that site will allow you to create each letter as a separate file with a filename taken from a field in the data source with a minimum of fuss. Then to email them out as attachments to a personalised email message see the article "Mail Merge to E-mail with Attachments" at http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/MailMerge/...ttachments.htm -- Hope this helps.
