Default font formating

Pls sombody help me, How do I change a whole document typed in capital
letters to regular fonts, I am using Microsoft Word 2003, thanks

Default font formating

Format | Change Case and choose "Sentence case." You'll still have to go
through and recapitalize proper nouns, but that will take care of most of
the work for you.
