Default Templates

My company has decided to put together a searchable knowledge Base and has
asked me to come up with the template for the information format. I have
everything just the way I want it but I can't seem to get my tab function to
work in my text boxes. This is driving me crazy I have tried everything help
suggests but nothing is working. I have office 2k thanks in advance for your

Text boxes?
How are you creating / inserting these?

Version of Word?

What is it you expect to happen when you press tab? What is happening
instead? Does Ctrl-Tab do what you want?

It could be that what you are talking about is what Word calls an "online
form." Check this in help. For more about online forms, follow the links at
