inserting date automatically in emails
Can I configure OL 2007 to automatically insert the date into an email? I
know I can do it manually by clicking the insert tab of a message then clicking date/time. Win XP Sp3 asf66 |

inserting date automatically in emails
Brian,
Thanks for the idea. I am able to do it manually in both OL 2007 and Word. Unfortunately, there is no info on having it happen automatically when one wants to create a new email. I guess I can click on the Insert tab, then the text box, but I thought this would be a no-brainer. perhaps I am missing something. Thanks- asf66 "Brian Tillman [MVP - Outlook]" wrote: "asf66" wrote in message ... Can I configure OL 2007 to automatically insert the date into an email? Since Outlook 2007 uses Word as its mail editor, it's still a Word question.
