Default REMOVE INSTANT SEARCH NOTIFICATION

How do I remove the option which is present on Outlook which says "instant
search" or something similar. I don't plan to usr this option and would like
to not see it being offered.

Do you mean the infobar that tells you to install it or just the search
field? You can't hide or remove the search field. Try it - you'll see how
nice it is.
