Default In new Office 2007 EXCEL, can more the 8 IF statements be used?

In EXCEL 2003 was limited to 8 IF statements (or other functions). Does EXCEL
2007 allow more than 8? Just started using EXCEL 2007 yesterday.

Hi,

You can have up to 64 in 2007 but there is almost always a better way of
doing it than creating a monster formula nested that deep.
