Default Sharing calendar with different permissions

I would like some help sharing a calendar in Office 2007. My boss wants me to
have full permission to view private appointments and all appointment details
as well as have permission to make, edit and delete appointments. However, he
wants to share his calendar with the rest of the office, but without them
seeing the details. If we mark these appointments as private, I can't see
them either. Is there another way to make the appointments just show the
time blocked out without details without using private? Thank you for your
responses!

Yes, you need to look on the "Delegates" tab of your Boss's Outlook.
There is an option that says something like "Show private meetings to
my delegate".

For all the other folks do NOT use the "Delegates" tab. Instead, you
should RIGHT-CLICK the boss's calendar (Yes, the icon) and select
PROPERTIES. Then give the default permissions of REVIEWER. This
will allow everyone to see all legitimate meetings and not allow them to
see the Private. However, if they view his Free/Busy, it will show that
he is busy on Private meetings, but will only show as No information
available.
