Default Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2007

How do we schedule conference rooms when using Exchange Server 2003 and
Outlook 2007. We want to achieve a calendar for each conference room where
individuals can send a meeting request and they will be answered correctly if
okay or already booked. We also want to be able to review the calendar.

Please help. Thanks. Linda

The following links will lead you to information about configuring
and using Resource Mailboxes.

However, If you use Exchange Server I would suggest the use
of the AutoAccept Agent. We use this with great success.
