Default Tables in Excel Spreadsheets

Using Excel 2003 is it possible for a table to be updated by the automatic
entering of a new column, each time data on another excel spreadsheet is
changed.

2 5.5555556% 32,326,666.67

If the percentage share for numbers 1 and 2 chage in spreadsheet 1 I am
asking if a new column could be inserted into spreadhseet 2 to automatically
update the percentages that have changed and also those that have remained
