slipstreaming with cd key
I am slipstreaming office 2003 with sp1 . I want that user should be
prompted to enter CD key when installing office . After following instructions from http://www.petri.co.il/office_system...pstreaming.htm when I run setup.exe after slipstream it doesn't ask me for the CD key. I tried putting PIDKEY prperty in setup.ini but no luck. Any ideas??? PN: We have volume license for office 2003 standard edition. Thanks for the help. |

If you're using a volume license key then there
normally won't be, nor would you generally want users to have the volume key when installing. The volume license key is used when creating the Office Admin point. http://microsoft.com/office/ork/2003 Perhaps you could explain your scenario in a bit more detail on what you're trying to accomplish. =========== "shanman" wrote in message ... Sorry , We are having Site license . That is we can use sam ekey for
certain no of times before it expires . So we need to keep track of how many licenses we have given. Hence I want that user should be able to enter the CD key . Thanks "Bob Buckland ?:-)" 75214.226(At Beautiful Downtown)compuserve.com wrote in message ...
