Default Text printing outside of day on montly calander

When printing multiple months some text is continuing to print outside of the
day the appointment is scheduled on, instead of being cut off. There seems
to be no rhyme or reason to it. Office 2003 on XP machines. I changed the
font size from 8 to 6 and the appontments that were printing outside of the
day they were scheduled on stopped, but another appoiintment started doing
it. In some cases it overstrikes appontments in the next day. It is not
every appontment only two or three a month. Everything looks fine in the
print preview, this happens when actually printing. This happens on multiple
machines, have rebuilt outlook profile. If user prints one month at a time
this does not happen, only when printing multiple months. Printing one month
at a time is not an option for this user. Anyone ever seen anything like
this before?
