Default select & format "single" axis line in charts

Excel Charts: In the "Format Axis" window, (perhaps in the "Scale" tab)
allow users to define, select, and format single axis lines. This will allow
the user to display charts that have goals or % complete views.

Default select & format "single" axis line in charts

Do you want a single gridline? Excel doesn't offer this specifically, but
there are tricks one can use:
