Default Can't get driver

I am running windows XP professional and trying to load the fax driver.
It is looking for a file called fxsapi.dll which does not exist on my
system. I have directory i386 which is where it should be located but
its not there. I have tried all the automatic updates on the Microsoft
website. Suggestions?

That file must exist on your system if you are entitled to install the
program. You cannot download it.
