Merged emails in office 2003 are not reaching their recipients
Something I did worked. I tested and sent mail merges all day yesterday. All test emails arrived in my test inboxes. I shut down my computer. I had a nice night's sleep. I booted up my computer. I tested emails, hoping my troubles were a thing of the past. The test emails did not arrive today. This is surely what happened when they worked before (the mysterious day where the emails were delivered then stopped arriving the very next day) With this information, is my problem any easier to solve? Thank you! Amy |

See my update below. I got the emails to work somehow, but after rebooting, the emails are not working again. I only have one account in Outlook now and the settings appear to be the same as they were yesterday. Any thoughts on the matter? |

Nope. If they end up in your Sent Items folder, then I believe that the
problem is not caused by anything on you computer. -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis. If everything on /your machine/ is unchanged and your system is
malware-free, I'd say it's to do with the provider. If you still think it's an issue n your machine I really think you'll have to ask the Outlook people. The people who are so positive it has nothing to do with them? I want to make sure I am getting what the term provider means (I'm assuming since it's webmail that powweb is who you're speaking of. Thanks |

If you are using Outlook, it is not webmail. Who hosts your mail account?
What comes after the @ in your email address? -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis. As Doug says.
You may find it useful to try http://support.microsoft.com/kb/300479 and check your log files.
