printing from power point in colour
Hi,
I can't seem to print my powerpoint preentation in colour, when i use a different printer (it's B&W) it prints everything out fine, but the first page is the only one to come out on the colour printer, I was wondering if someone can help me with this problem? Thanks

Sonia,check all the slides is in “color” status: toggle between color and
black and white, from the View menu, click COLOR/GRAYSCALE» Color, Grayscale or Pure Black and White . After you have made your selection, the COLOR/GRAYSCALE button on the toolbar changes appearance to reflect your choice. Set the color printer as the default printer,and in the print preview menu,click option, click COLOR/GRAYSCALE» Color. that didn't help at all, it's still only printing the first page on the colour printer, all the settings were set to what you stated to do, but I toggled them to give it a bit of a 'jiggle' to see if that would work. Sonia, do I understand you right: only one slight is printed on the colour printer and the other slides will not print at all? Is the colour printer a printer directly connected to your computer or do you have access over a network? There could be some problem while printing large presentation over a network and it could help to print only a few slides and then the next ones. And I remember a problem with Powerpoint 2003 which was solved with a Service Pack for Office. it did blink for a bit then stop. I press on another slide but it still only prints out the first page, I manually typed in the pages to print but still only page one comes out. Yea, it only prints page one when I ask it to print a different page. The hidden slides option is greyed out. How would I find out those settings? I don't see anything on the print pop up page to that effect.
