Default How do I find a Word file that contains an exact phrase

In older versions of Word, it was easy to find a file that contained a
particular phrase by using the Open file, then Find option from the Tools
menu.
You then specified
"Text or property" in the property box
Whatever you were looking for in the value box
and
the condition box offered the choice of "includes words," "near each other"
or "exact phrase."
I don't know how to do this now.
For example: before you find "world cup"
Now I get every file that contains "world" or "cup" and ticking the "and"
box just gives those docs containing both words but not necessarily the exact
phrase.
Either I am being dim or Word has taken a very retrograde step!
Can anyone help?
Many thanks
Chris
