Corruption in Displayed Name of Contacts

I am noticing that the "displayed name" for some of my
email contacts seems to be changing on me.

For instance, one of my contacts began displaying with the
subject title of a recent email from a different contact.
Although I would enter the contact name and originally it
would display properly, when the email was sent, it was
displayed in my sent items folder as having been sent to
the subject title of an unrelated email (instead of the
contacts display name) and as well it was displayed at my
contacts end with this erroneous name (instead of her
name).

This is now becoming a more regular occurance, and as of
today, I now have a few more contacts with erroneous
display names.

Has anyone else experienced this... or is it just me???

Never seen it.
Have you checked your PST file for errors with the Inbox Repair Tool?
