Click Send / Receive. Or ask a question that we have even the slightest
chance of helping you with.

What happens when you try to receive?

Any error messages?

Can you send a message to yourself?

Do you receive that one?

Is this related to your MTS account?

Has it ever worked?

Is the account set up as described here?
