Default Calendar month view range

Anyone know how to set the calendar month view to show the current week on
the top row and the following 4 weeks below [even if they are all in next
month ! ]
I've no interested in the past but in the last week of a month the standard
month view only shows history :-(

It's not possible. You could select the weeks in the navigation calendar but
its not persistent -you'll need to repeat it.

See http://slipstick.me/2wk for a demo of the method.
